I own a Kitchen and Bath design business and I am looking to hire an experienced Designer. Help!!!? - kitchen and bath design

How much will I pay and benefits should I submit to? What experience do I need? Suggestions would be helpful!

  1. Request for salary in the ad. And then decide which of the applicants are worth to you depending on your experience and your salary expectations.

    To answer questions from others is really what makes their business priorities.
    An experienced engineer, it may better for you, and can therefore pass on to their customers. The opposite would be true, a very experienced designer, but there will always be customers, whether for the purposes of this threshold, then choose your place in the world.

    In other words, only a question of quality versus cost.
